Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all payments made on www.freszi.com (the "Website") and Mobile applications (Andriod and iOS) using the Razorpay payment gateway ("Razorpay").

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Razorpay:

  • Credit Cards: All major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay etc.
  • Debit Cards: All major debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro etc.
  • Net Banking: From major Indian banks
  • UPI: All major UPI apps
  • Wallets: All major e-wallets
  • Cash on Delivery / Payment on Delivery
  • Other Payment Options: As may be offered by Razorpay from time to time

2. Payment Security

Confidentiality: Razorpay adheres to strict security protocols to protect your sensitive information, such as credit card details. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.


3. Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed by Razorpay, your orders will be confirmed and processed for delivery.

Order Fulfillment: We will process your order as per the terms and conditions mentioned in our Order shipping Policy.

4.Payment Issues

Payment Failures: If your payment fails, you may be redirected to the Razorpay payment gateway for troubleshooting steps.  For any payment-related issues, please contact Razorpay customer support.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.


Pricing Policy

  • All the products listed on the “FresZi” app/website will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the time/date of the delivery.
  • The customer shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from “FresZi” and the customer shall agree to bear any and all applicable taxes.
